Tillväxtbostäder was founded when lack of housing became one of corporate Sweden's biggest problems. With Sweden's first housing queue for companies, we help solve the current housing crisis.

Our housings have the most attractive sizes, ranging from studio apartments up to three bedroom apartments.

With us you can rent an apartment for at least a year but up to four years maximum. There’s a 6 month notice upon cancellation. Contact us if your company has special requests.

Companies that take part in the queue do so without any commitments. When it is your company's turn to receive an apartment, the designated contact person will be informed. If you choose to not take an apartment you will remain in the queue, if you take an apartment you will loose your placement in the queue.

The buildings used are regular apartment buildings with a high living standard.

They are located in attractive Stockholm suburbs. All housings are close to public transportation with maximum 15 minutes to the heart of the city.

By joining our housing queue you will be eligible for housing. We will contact you and offer you housing that meets your requirements or help you specify your needs. It may be questions regarding areas, amount of apartments, living area and more. After this we will send you prospects on available housing. If you would like a tour of any specific apartment we are happy to arrange that. We follow a “next in line system” like a queue to the cashier.

The rent is based on the location and size of the apartment. We always try our best to satisfy your needs regarding housing and budget. The rent includes all operation, service and cleaning once a month.

Yes you can, we have a rule of a six months notice.

Yes, you can prolong your rental contract. You can do this up until three months before the contract ends. We will always contact you three months before it ends to give you the opportunity to prolong the contract.

A final cleaning is included as well as cleaning once a month. If you are interested in more cleaning it can be arranged for an extra fee.

Absolutely, it is an effective way to decrease your company’s travel and living expenses. Your apartment can be shared by multiple employees at the same time or in different periods. When a shift of tenants occurs, we will help them with an additional agreement, an introduction to the facilities and cleaning of the apartment.

Usually, the key is given to the tenant at the instalment. If you prefer another solution, please contact us.

Yes, we can send a contract proposal to you upon request.

It depends on the number of units, what size and what areas you are requesting.

No, they differ in planning and furnishing. But all of our apartments share the same high standards by following the same core concept; personal, modern, and functional.

Of course! Bringing home guests is one of the many perks of renting company housings instead of staying at a hotel. Pets are also allowed.

The tenant is responsible for not damaging the apartment, its appliances and furniture. The monthly cleaning is partially done to inspect the state of the apartment. If you are unsure of anything you can always contact us. If an emergency would occur we have an on-call number, where we always are available.

No. You can under no circumstances smoke inside the apartment. You may smoke in designated areas.

Some apartments have a washing machine installed. Apartments without a washing machine always have a communal washing facility as well as information about how to use it. The information comes both in Swedish and English.

Tillväxtbostäder is working to create a more sustainable housing environment. The sustainability has become a more relevant question and as a new actor on the housing market, we want to rise the green standard. All of our apartments are qualified as 'Green housing'. The qualification 'Green housing' is based on guidelines from ICMA. All green projects have to be beneficial for the environment. Our environmental standards meet regional, national and international demands. All Tillväxtbostäder will have a energy classification of A, B or Svanenmärkt.
